Cromwell Indiana is the smallest incorporated town in Noble County with approximately 500 people.
It was platted in 1853. Located on State Road 5 on the west side of the county,
it has a very nice park with basketball, tennis, track and a walking trail. The
annual Cromwell Days Festival is held on the weekend of the fourth Saturday of
July. Cromwell shares the industrial advantages of being close to Ligonier, but
retains its quiet residential setting. Being in the heart of the Northern
Indiana lake region, there are ample opportunities for fishing, boating, water
skiing, swimming, hunting and camping.
