With 117 lakes recognized by the DNR, Noble County has more lakes than any other county in northeastern Indiana.  The Elkhart River, north and south branches, meander through Noble County, bringing a very different water and wildlife experience.  Whether you prefer a leisurely paddle or speed is what you crave, or something in between, certainly you'll find it in, on, and around the Lakes and Waterways of Noble County, Indiana.
