Wings & Wheels
The Kendallville Airport presents the second annual Wings & Wheels on Saturday, June 25, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the airport. The event is a fly-in, cruise-in, remote-controlled fun fly.
The schedule: Eagles breakfast, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.; East Noble Band performance, noon; Eagles pork burger lunch, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Events include World War II B-25 airplane display and rides, Sweet Aviation helicopter and plane rides, educational displays, Kendallville Soaring Club Glider, Samaritan helicopter, and Humane Shelter bake sale. Sponsors are Kendallville Aviation Center, WAWK 95.5 FM The Hawk, Falcon Aviation, Airframe Components by Williams Inc., Kendallville Iron & Metal, and the Board of Aviation Commissioners.

Find Kendallville’s pirate treasure at downtown stores
Ahoy, mateys! Get your treasure map for $10 at the Kendallville Chamber of Commerce and “Discover Kendallville’s Hidden Treasures!”
Experience the Heart of Kendallville has planned this pirate-themed event for Saturday, June 18, from noon to 5 p.m. Your treasurer map comes with a pirate drawstring bag for booty and children receive a pirate hat. Take your map and find all the treasure hidden at many downtown merchants’ stores. Food vendors will be located on West William and Main streets. Kids can do crafts in front of SOZO Arts Studio.
Ale Tasting for adults age 21 and older at the Kendallville Chamber is included with the purchase of the map.
